The Board of Trade Clearing Corporation is in the process of updating our e-mail and facsimile lists. Currently, BOTCC® sends bulletins to Member Firms via e-mail, facsimile transmission and a weekly mailing.

Please complete the attached form with current contact information and indicate in which format your firm would prefer to receive bulletins. Also, indicate if your firm would like to continue receiving weekly bulletin mailings. The form can be faxed back to BOTCC’s Business Systems Group at (312) 786-0152 or

e-mailed to BSG@botcc.com. Please return the survey by Wednesday, May 10, 2000.
