Processing Schedule for Independence Day
|
Pending approval by the Board of Directors of the Chicago Board of Trade, the following processing schedule will be in effect for the Independence Day holiday:
On Monday, July 3, 2000, the following processing schedule will be in effect:
• CBOT® Financial, Electricity and Insurance contracts for pit and Side by Side Project A close at 12:00 p.m. Stock Index contracts and MidAm Livestock and Currency contracts will close at 12:15 p.m. MidAm U.S. Treasury Bill and Eurodollar contracts will close at 12:25 p.m. MidAm U.S. Treasury Bonds, Long-Term U.S. Treasury Notes and Medium-Term U.S. Treasury Notes will close at 12:50 p.m. N.Y. Silver, N.Y. Gold or Platinum will not be open for trading. All other contracts close at their normal times. Afternoon and Overnight Project A sessions will be closed.
• Unmatched Trade Reports will be automatically produced after the 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. submission deadlines and distributed to INFOPAC and RJE/NJE locations.
• Intra-day trade submission deadlines remain the same. The final reconciliation is at 4:00 p.m.
• Mid-day variations will be called at 12:30 p.m.
• Margin Arrays and Settlement price files from the CBOT will be available at 2:45 p.m.
• Flex Option Exercise Deadline will be at 2:00 p.m.
• Flex Final Processing will be at 2:30 p.m.
• Standard Option Exercise Deadline will be at 3:00 p.m.
• Delivery Tender Deadline will be at 3:00 p.m.
• Long Position Submission will be at 4:00 p.m.
• Clearing Final will be at 4:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, July 4, 2000, the following processing schedule will be in effect:
• All pit trading and Day and Afternoon Project A trading will be closed. Overnight Project A session will be open.
