Automatic Feeds of Give-up Duplications
|
As a reminder, firms have the ability to receive give-up duplications to their MQM queue automatically every 2-3 minutes. Duplications are sent in the TREX record format and include allocation and claim records. Additionally, whenever a change is made to a record that has already been sent (e.g. allocation record status has changed to claimed), a change record is generated and included in the next automatic duplication.
Positions 146 - 148 of the TREX record indicate the source code of DUG (giveup duplication) to identify automatic give-up duplications.
Positions 14-18 of the M2 block indicate the status of the give-up: ALLOC (allocated), CLAIM (claimed), and RELSE (released).
Attached is an Automatic Feed duplication request form, which should be completed and returned to Business Systems. When the automatic MQM feed set-up is completed, the ability to request on-line give-up duplication files can be restricted.

Please send our Give-up Duplications automatically to the MQM Queue listed below. I understand that these duplications will be sent every 10 minutes and can be discontinued at any time per our request.
