Bulletin Attachments
|
Effective Friday, December 1, 2000, the Clearing Corporation’s emailed bulletins will no longer contain Microsoft Word attachments. These attachments take up large amounts of space in the receiver’s mailbox. The bulletins will continue to render the HTML version and will also now contain a link to the web page where the bulletin is located.
If the bulletin is not automatically displayed, the user has three options to view the bulletin:
1. Click on the link displayed and it will automatically open to the bulletin web page,
2. Copy the link, paste it on the address line in your web browser and click on Go to bring up the bulletin web page, or
3. Go to www.botcc.com and click on the “Bulletins” link underneath Member Info. This will bring you to all bulletins the Clearing Corporation has sent in that month. To see a bulletin, click on the name and it will bring you to that bulletin’s web page.
