SUBJECT:	Delivery Open Interest

Firms are reminded that Friday, December 31, 1999 was not a business day for any product eligible for delivery in January.

Tenders made on 12/30/99 are for notice on Monday, January 3 and delivery on January 4, 2000 with the exception of MidAm Metals which do not trade on Monday January 3. Delivery of MidAm metals tendered on 12/30/99 will be for delivery on 1/5/00.

Tenders submitted on 12/31/99 were dropped from the system and should be re-submitted on Monday, January 3, 2000. Firms that submitted tender records on 12/31/99 were contacted by the Clearing Corporation.

As notice for delivery tenders made on 12/30 does not occur until Monday, January 3, these positions must be included with the firm’s open interest reporting for Monday morning. Adjustments can be made on-line until 6:45 a.m.
