SUBJECT:	Lock Box Construction Update

Installation of the new lock boxes that was previously scheduled for Monday, February 14, 2000 has been delayed. Due to manufacturer delays in the delivery of the new combination locks, the new lock boxes are now scheduled to be installed on Wednesday, February 16^th. After 9:30 am Wednesday morning, deconstruction will begin of the old lock boxes. A BOTCC representative will be available while deconstruction is taking place for any firm personnel that may need to retrieve reports from the lock box area while this is going on.

As a reminder, lock box number and combinations were forwarded to the Back Office Manager of each firm on Monday, February 7^th. If for any reason there are firm personnel that have not received their lock box number / combination information, please contact the Business Systems Group. We will provide you with the individual’s name that received this information for your firm. For ease of transition, a chart will also be located near the lock boxes that will contain Box Number / Firm Number. As a reminder, the new lock boxes will be half the size of the current lock boxes.

BOTCC’s Operations staff has been informed of firms’ concerns that there may be overflow issues with reports. As a reminder, the Operations department is staffed from Sunday at noon through Saturday at 7:00 a.m. For firms’ that have overflow issues, staff will be available during these hours to retrieve firms’ remaining reports. After Saturday at 7:00 a.m. firms will be unable to retrieve any overflow until Sunday when staff is again on site.
