The Clearing Corporation is in the process of testing the new Customer Network with member firms. Many firms have completed the testing process and are ready to convert to the new Network for production access. To minimize risk and avoid any confusion, all MQM conversions to the new Network will take place on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 am. The FTP file conversion will also take place on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 am with the exception of Large Trader and Open Interest. These files should be submitted via RJE on the morning of the conversion date at 11:00 a.m., after which time they will be converted for FTP.

The next scheduled dates for firms to be implemented into production are Tuesday, July 18, and Thursday, July 20. Firms that wish to be scheduled for these dates should inform the Clearing Corporation by Friday, July 14, 2000. To convert to the new network, the attached form must be received by BOTCC the Friday preceding the implementation date. Firms will be able to selectively convert to the FTP process either receiving all files via FTP or by selecting the files they would like to start receiving via the FTP process.
