SUBJECT:	Allocation and Claim Transaction (ACT) Implementation Delay

The Clearing Corporation has delayed the implementation of the Allocation and Claim Transaction System (ACT) previously scheduled for Monday, July 31, 2000. It is anticipated that the new implementation date will be Monday, August 7, 2000. This will be confirmed in a future bulletin.
