SUBJECT:	Hard Copy Bulletins will no Longer be Mailed

In order to enhance efficiency and the availability of news and information, the Clearing Corporation will discontinue the weekly mailing of the bulletins on January 1, 2001.

If you currently receive bulletins through mail only, please fill out the attached form identifying your email address and send it to the Business Systems Group. If you do not have an email address, you may obtain the bulletins from the web site at www.botcc.com or call a BSG representative for a copy.

In the future, the Clearing Corporation also intends to discontinue faxing the bulletins. If you currently receive bulletins by fax and wish to receive them via email instead, fill out the attached form and send it to the Business Systems Group.

Note: Please continue to update BSG with any contact information changes by sending an email to the Business Systems email address with your updated information.
