SUBJECT:	APS Calculation Spreadsheet now on Web

For your convenience, the APS Calculation spreadsheet is located on the Clearing Corporation’s web site and can be accessed by clicking on the Bulletin link, Quarterly Information link, and then the APS Workbook link, or typing the following URL: www.botcc.com/faq/misc/apsworkbook.html

Directions for use:

Find the worksheet that applies to the appropriate contract. Enter the information (quantity and price) as listed in the gray areas. The Rounded Average field is highlighted and will provide the correct APS. Currently, there are examples in each spreadsheet.

Note:

Some versions of Excel require the VBA Analysis Tool Pack to access all the worksheets in the APS Workbook. If the user receives a calculation error when attempting to change the quantity or price values in a worksheet, please follow the instructions below to install the VBA Analysis Tool Pack.

If the "Analysis Toolpack" or the "Analysis Toolpack - VBA" selections are not available for installation, please refer to your internal desktop support organization.
