Web Application Availability

Firms are advised that the Clearing Corporation will be performing maintenance on our web servers today, Thursday, April 19, 2001, between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM and again between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
Firms that are signed-on to the Allocation Claim Transaction (ACT) system between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM may encounter an error stating the server is unavailable. If this occurs, press the "Back" button on your browser and resubmit your transactions. If problems persist, you will have to return to the www.botcc.com home page and select the "ACT – Allocation Claim Transaction System" link from the Selection Menu.
Reports@BOTCC will not be available between 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
