UPDATE Processing Schedule for Independence Day

SUBJECT:	Processing Schedule for Independence Day

The following processing schedule will be in effect for the Independence Day holiday:

On Tuesday, July 3, 2001, the following processing schedule will be in effect:

• CBOT® Financial, Electricity and Insurance contracts for pit close at 12:00 p.m. Stock Index will close at 12:15 p.m. Agricultural and Metal contracts will close at the normal time. MidAm Livestock, U.S. Treasury Bills, Eurodollars, and Currency contracts will close at 12:15 p.m. MidAm U.S. Treasury Bonds, Long-Term U.S. Treasury Notes, and Medium-Term U.S. Treasury Notes will close at 12:50 p.m. MidAm Grain and Metal contracts will close at their normal times.

• All electronic a/c/e trading closes at normal times. Overnight a/c/e trading will be closed.

• In addition to normal unmatched trade reports, a 12:30 version will be available in Infopac.

• Intra-day trade submission deadlines remain the same.

• Mid-day variations will be called at 12:30 p.m.

• Margin Arrays & Settlement prices will be available at 3:30 p.m and final reconciliation will be at 7:00 p.m.
