VOLUME 21 - BULLETIN #184 Processing Schedule for Wednesday, September 12

The CBOT will be closed for trading, tomorrow, Wednesday, September 12. The Board of Trade Clearing Corporation system's will be available.

• Original and variation margin and delivery payments from shipping certficates will be collected and paid at 6:40 a.m.

• The Clearing system will be available for firms to make adds, changes and deletes as well as give-up allocation and claims.

• There will be no delivery processing. Firms should not submit tenders and there will be no requirement to submit long positions.

• Firms who are able to process bookkeeping should submit Large Trader and Open Interest. Clearing will attempt to assess firms ability to process bookkeeping and submit these files tomorrow.

• Reconciliations will be run throughout the day to update match trade and give-up status.

• There will be no updated SPAN arrays or settlement price files.

• Trade checking will occur on the CBOT floor at 9:00 a.m.

As of today, September 11 at 4:30 p.m. the CBOT has not made a decision to open a/c/e tomorrow at 8:00 p.m. for the business of September 13.
