Infopac is available 24 hours a day except on Sundays between 11:30am and 3:00pm.
**If the final processing is delayed beyond 7:00pm, the system’s availability will also be delayed by the appropriate time frame.
The system availability on a Holiday is consistent with the weekend times. If the holiday is on a Friday, it is treated as a normal week’s Saturday. If the holiday is on a Monday, it is treated as a normal week’s Sunday.
As a reminder, firms should log off of the OTIS system prior to 2:00am. The Clearing Corporation performs nightly maintenance during this time. If a user is logged into the system during this time frame, they will be disconnected immediately.

*A business day is defined as an entire day. For example, if two business days are required for notice, a firm must notify a BSG representative by close of business Monday for a test on Thursday morning.
Tests that are scheduled for weekends or tests that require external allocation of BOTCC employees will incur a charge of $125.00 per hour/per person required to facilitate the testing. All tests must be coordinated beforehand with the Business Systems Group.
Please note: All testing is dependent on the Clearing Corporation’s staff’s priorities and availability at that time.
