Processing Schedule for Christmas
|
The following Christmas holiday schedule will be in effect for Monday, December 24, 2001:
• Agricultural contracts will be closed. Financial contracts will close at 12:00 noon. Stock Index contracts will close at 12:15 p.m.
• MidAm Agricultural contracts will be closed, MidAm Livestock and Currency contracts will close at 12:15 p.m.
• a/c/e Financial, Kilo Gold, and 1,000 oz. Silver contracts will close at 12:30 p.m. Stock Indices close at 12:15 p.m. Dow Jones AIG IndexSM and New York Metals will be closed. Overnight a/c/e trading will be closed.
• Mid-Day variations will be called at 12:30 p.m.
• Unmatched Trade Reports will be available by 12:30 p.m.
• Flex option exercise deadline will be at 2:00 p.m.
• Flex option final processing will be at 2:30 p.m.
• Standard option exercise deadline will be at 3:00 p.m. Agricultural exercise records will not be processed.
• Financial delivery tender deadline will be at 3:00 p.m.
• No Agricultural or New York Metal delivery tenders will be processed.
• Final Margin Arrays and Settlement Price Files will be available by 3:30 p.m.
• Financial long Position submission deadline will be at 4:00 p.m.
• The final clearing reconciliation will be at 4:00 p.m.
Note: Since the Agricultural and New York Metal products are closed on Monday, December 24, 2001, the following delivery processes will change accordingly:
Delivery tenders received on December 20, 2001 will not deliver until December 26, 2001.
Delivery tenders received on December 21, 2001 will not deliver until December 27, 2001.
Last notice day for wheat and oats will be December 26, 2001 for delivery on December 27, 2001.
Agricultural and New York Metal tenders submitted on December 24, 2001 will not be processed.
On Tuesday, December 25, 2001, the following schedule will be in effect:
• All daytime and overnight trading will be closed.
On Wednesday, December 26, 2001, the following schedule will be in effect:
• All open outcry contracts will follow the normal schedule
• a/c/e morning trading for Agricultural contracts will be closed. a/c/e Financial contracts will trade from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Stock Indices will trade from 6:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., NY Metals trade from 6:15 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., Kilo Gold,1,000 oz. Silver, and Dow AIG Index contracts will trade on their normal schedule.
• Mid-Day variations will be called at the normal time.
• Final Margin Arrays and Settlement Price Files will be available at their normal time.
• All other submission deadlines and processing schedules remain the same.
• The final reconciliation is at 7:00 p.m.
