The Clearing Corporation provides firms the ability to receive afternoon versions of the Trade Register Datafile via FTP “GET” jobs. These versions will be created using all of the transactions (including allocations, claims, futures and options transfers and position adjustments) available at the reconciliation times listed below.

To differentiate these versions of the Trade Register Datafile from the Final Register Datafile, the header record on all versions will contain a “time created” field in columns 59 through 62. This field is a four character numeric field defining the time that the file is created. The format is HHMM where HH = hour and MM = minutes.
