The Clearing Corporation will no longer distribute the two-part carbonless Margin Account Securities Withdrawal Authorization form. The form is now available for download from the BOTCC web page and can be found at:

In conjunction with this change, effective Tuesday, September 4, 2001, the Clearing Corporation will no longer accept hand delivery of Margin Account Securities Withdrawal Authorization forms. All completed forms should be faxed to the Clearing Corporation’s Treasury Operations Department at 312-341-0293 no later than 10:30 a.m. for same day processing. Members should call the BOTCC Treasury Operations Department at 312-786-3860 to confirm the receipt of all forms.
