The following are highlights from the meeting of the Board of Governors of the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation held on February 20, 2002:
Election of Chairman and Vice Chairmen
The Board elected Michael C. Dawley to serve as Chairman of the Board for a one-year term. The Board also elected Joseph J. Murphy to serve as First Vice Chairman of the Board and Michael A. Manning to serve as Second Vice Chairman of the Board, each for a one-year term.
