Allocation and Claim Transaction System Version 2.1, Firm Testing
|
On March 1, 2002, the Board Of Trade Clearing Corporation began offering training classes for phase Two of ACTTM 2.0 (or ACT Version 2.1), which includes one-sided transaction processing for Misclears, Transfers, and Average Price Give-ups. Please refer to Volume 22 – Bulletins #39 & #50 for the training schedule. In addition to these training classes, firms should also be aware that the ACT Version 2.1 test system is available through the BOTCC web site at www.botcc.com. Click on the ‘Login’ link and enter a valid web user ID and password to gain access, once authenticated, click on the ‘Firm Test Menu’ link, then click on ‘New Functionality: ACT – Allocate & Claim Transaction System’ link.
In addition to testing the GUI interface, Firms can also test the sending and receiving of new API messages for Misclears, Transfers, and Average Price Give-ups. To test via MQM or receive a test Trade Register report contact your Business Systems Group Representative listed below.
A new ACT Version 2.1 User manual describing the new functionality, as well as a training guide, is available through the BOTCC website. Click on the ‘Firm Login’ link and enter a valid web user ID and password to gain access; once authenticated, click on the ‘Manuals’ link, then click on the ‘ACT 2.1’ link that appears within the ‘User Manual’ or ‘Training Manual’ column.
