Effective December 10, 2002, the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation ("Clearing Corporation") amended Clearing Corporation Bylaw 201. The purpose of the amendment is to eliminate the re-categorization of Governors between "Group A" and "Group B" (as such terms are defined in the Clearing Corporation's Certificate of Incorporation) during a three-year term of service.
