In November 2001, the Clearing Corporation announced that it would begin distributing the monthly ATOM reports via the Internet as the standard method of distribution beginning March 2002 and that hard copy prints would be available by request only. Beginning in March for February brokerage, the Clearing Corporation will print monthly ATOM statements by request only. Exchange members are encouraged to sign up to receive the monthly ATOM statements via the Internet. More information about this program is available at http://www.botcc.com/brokers/index.html. Changes and options for ATOM report production are highlighted below:
• The last time that hard copy reports will be automatically printed for all ATOM brokers will be on February 5th for January brokerage. • Exchange members can continue to receive hard copy reports, but they must sign up by completing the form below. • Exchange members also have the option of viewing and printing their ATOM reports via the Internet. To sign up to access the Internet Reports, the attached form must be completed. • To ensure that hard copy reports continue to be printed, Exchange Members should return the form by February 15, 2001. • To enroll in either or both programs, the attached completed forms can be returned to the either the Business Systems Group at 141 West Jackson, Suite 1460, the CBOT Market Information department, suite 336-A, or information can be e-mailed to bsg@botcc.com. To receive their hard copy reports, exchange members must sign up in the CBOT Market Information department, suite 336-A or fill out the below form and drop it off at the Clearing Corporation, suite 1460 A valid e-mail address is required to sign up for the online report program.
