To ensure dedicated support for firm testing, the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation has instituted the following procedures: • The Clearing Corporation will provide dedicated resources to support firms testing every Wednesday and Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am and noon. • Firms who need support will be required to notify the Clearing Corporation by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to testing either Wednesday or Thursday. • Firms will also be asked to indicate what systems or application program interfaces they will be testing. • The test system will continue to be available on business days between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. if firms wish to test without the support of the Clearing Corporation. • Please note that the schedule and process to request order routing or a/c/e testing does not change. Please fill out the attached ‘Firm Test Request’ form and either e-mail (bsg@botcc.com) or fax (312-786-0152) back to BOTCC prior to conducting any testing.
