Recently, the Board of Trade Clearing Corporation ("Clearing Corporation") adopted a new set of Bylaws and accompanying Rules. The Clearing Corporation’s old Bylaws incorporated traditional corporate governance and operational provisions in one document. However, in light of the current business climate, the Clearing Corporation elected to revise its Bylaws so that they address traditional corporate governance matters only, while operational business provisions have been moved into a separate Rulebook.
