The Clearing Corporation will facilitate large trader reporting functionality for the Eurex US * exchange. This means that firms can use CCorp to pass their large trader data to the National Futures Association (NFA). Firms have the option of either submitting large trader information via an FTP put command, or entering their large trader data through the Exchange Reporting screens on the OTIS® system. Firms should be aware that they should use either the P5 or the P6 record layout to report large trader positions via FTP. The CCorp large trader reporting functionality, record layouts, FTP file names, FTP put commands, OTIS screen functionality and OTIS access has not changed.

* Trading on Eurex US and clearing of such trades by CCorp is subject to CFTC approval, which is currently pending.
