SUBJECT:	Post Trade Processing not Available for CFE “Gas at the Pump” Futures Contracts

Please be advised that The Clearing Corporation (CCorp) will not be accepting the new CBOE Futures Exchange’s (CFE) “Gas at the Pump” futures contracts for post trade processing and messaging. CCorp has elected not to expand its processing relationship with the Options Clearing Corporation beyond the CFE futures contracts which CCorp currently processes. Accordingly, CCorp’s Trade Management and Allocation and Claim Transaction (ACT) systems will be available only for post trade processing of the futures contracts currently listed by CFE and such systems will not be available for the CFE’s “Gas at the Pump” futures contract.
