Delivery Procedures for Eurex US FX

Physical deliveries will be made through the Continuous Link Settlement system (CLS). Open positions for each contract (currency pair) for each Clearing Participant will be netted across origin. Clearing Participants that wish to net within origin should notify Client Services and Support.

Deadline for Clearing Participants to submit add, change, or delete to CLS instructions.

March 13, 2006 – LAST TRADING DAY – (Except Canadian Dollars)

9:16 a.m.

Trading stops for March 2006 currency products (except Canadian Dollar)

   

9:45 a.m.

Final Settlement prices will be available; trade register report (CLE00234FX) will be available in WRD to allow participants to verify positions.

 

10:00 a.m.

Final deadline for position adjustments, give ups, and EFP’s (See Eurex US Rule 425(i)).

   

10:15 a.m.

An updated trade register report (Clr00234FX) will be created and accessible through WRD. Position discrepancies must be reported to CSS.

   

10:30 a.m.

Delivery Invoices (DAR00030F) will be available for participants to view. Invoice discrepancies must be reported to CSS

   

11:00 a.m.

Final currency delivery summary report (DAR00099F) and CLS delivery invoices (DAR00058) will be available to participants.

11:30 a.m.

Clearing Participants should begin entering CLS instructions through their CLS agent

   

5:00 p.m.

The CLS trade match between CCorp and Clearing Participants should be complete any issues should be reported immediately to Client Services and Support.

March 14, 2006 – LAST TRADING DAY (Canadian Dollar)

9:16 a.m.

Trading stops for March 2006 Canadian Dollar

   

9:45 a.m.

Final Settlement price will be available for the Canadian Dollar currency pair, and a trade register report (CLR00234FX) will be available in WRD to allow participants to verify positions.

   

10:00 a.m.

Final deadline for position adjustments, give ups, and EFP’s for Canadian Dollar expiring currency pairs. (See Eurex US Rule 425(i))

   

10:15 a.m.

An updated trade register report (CLR00234FX) will be created and accessible through WRD. Position discrepancies must be reported to CSS

   

10:30 a.m.

Delivery invoices (DAR00030F) will be available for participants to view for Canadian Dollar. Invoice discrepancies must be reported to CSS.

   

11:00 a.m.

Final Canadian Dollar delivery summary report (DAR00099F) and CLS invoices (DAR00058) will be available to participants.

   

11:30 a.m.

Clearing Participants should begin entering Canadian Dollar CLS instructions through their CLS agent. This is the final deadline for all other currency pairs to be matched in CLS.

   

5:00 p.m.

Final deadline for Canadian Dollar instructions to be matched in CLS.

March 15, 2006. – VALUE DAY

All currency payments are made to clearing participants through the CLS banking system.
