SUBJECT:	Chicago Climate Futures Exchange, SFI Additional Contract Months and Vintage Listing

Chicago Climate Futures Exchange CCFE recently announced they will list for trading additional contract months and vintages for the SFI futures. The futures will have thirty six consecutive months listed for trading. In addition, the front two contract months and the near-by December contract will also list contracts that will allow for delivery of EPA allowance vintages through the year 2020. Currently SFI vintages are through 2015, listed below are the new commodity codes to accommodate the new vintages 2016 through 2020.

Futures Settlement Price File Update

Beginning Friday February 1, 2008, The Clearing Corporation will enhance the futures settlement price file “CHPD.TR.UA.SETTFOUT” to now include the contract month and year in position 33-40 (MMDDYYYY day will always be 00 for all future contracts). Currently the day “DD” field is the expiration date for binary contracts, and will continue to identify the month, day, and year, for binary contracts.
