Chicago Climate Futures Exchange Processing Deadlines
|
In order to ensure the successful processing of Chicago Climate Futures Exchange (CCFE) deliveries, effective with the March 2010 deliveries, the following deadlines will be in place for entry of all long positions and tenders notices:

Clearing participants that fail to submit delivery information by the designated deadline will be subject to fines. The fine schedule will be $500 for the first incident and $1,000 for all other incident(s) during a delivery period. Should Client Services and Support Staff be required to contact a clearing member about the status of their delivery information, this will be considered an incident subject to the fining schedule.
