Please wait... A new window will
appear shortly which will load the 3270
emulation applet. Once the program is
loaded, a series of configuration
files will load and a black screen
will appear. After a few seconds, the
Clearing Corporation login screen
will be presented.
Please do not close this
window while the emulator is running as
it will cause the emulator to
terminate.
Troubleshooting
If the emulator fails to connect,
and/or displays the error "The certificate
is not trusted" (or similar), use the
following steps for assistance:
WRQ Instructions
- Certificate Setup: Save the provided certificate to
validate the encryption server.
- In the emulator window, click Help -> About Reflection ->
System Information. Note the directory specified by the
RWEB_PREFS variable. You will also see the java version
listed.
- Right-Click on this link and
select "Save Target As..." to download the certificate
file.
- Save the certificate file to your computer as a .pfx
file in the directory specified by the RWEB_PREFS
variable from the System Information tab.
- Once the file is received, close the download dialog. Do
not open or install the certificate file.
- In the emulator window, click Connection -> Connect to
reattempt the connection.
- Connection Issues: This software will use browser defined
proxies.
- Static proxies will be used if defined in your browser
settings.
- Dynamic proxies, those set via a configuration script,
require a properly configured java runtime version 1.5
